		<description>The Lessig piece is right on.  I wonder, though, if the right is wise enough to recognize its own self-interest.  It&#039;s one thing to denounce the bank and auto bailouts, and another to address the underlying cause of those bailouts: the corporate financing of elections.  

From the standpoint of the right, isn&#039;t restraining big business &quot;socialism&quot;?
